Community First Development’s Board is First Nations led and grounded in deep community knowledge, lived experience and cultural leadership.
Alongside this, our Directors bring expertise across philanthropy, governance and community development. Together, they guide our organisation to remain accountable to community, uphold our values of respect and partnership, and support self-determination in practice, not just in principle.
