Community First Development is seeking to appoint a Strategic Projects Coordinator to support organisational efficiency, growth and innovation. Reporting to the Senior Impact and Strategy Manager, this position within the organisation’s Impact and Strategy unit will undertake a diverse range of activities focused on strengthening and communicating the organisation’s impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate strategic projects across the organisation, including research and evaluation activities.
Develop reports and other written content that effectively communicate Community First Development’s impact with a variety of audiences.
Undertake activities that strengthen data quality and improve outcomes and reporting.
Engage effectively with and provide support to other business units.
Adhere to all workplace policies, including Workplace Health and Safety.
CORE CRITERIA
Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Effective written communication skills including experience with preparing reports, briefings, and other written content.
Strong analytical skills including attention to detail.
Emotional intelligence demonstrated by strong team and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
Strong IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office programs and data systems.
Knowledge of community development principles and monitoring and evaluation concepts.
